who are we looking for

We are looking for a SMO (Services Management Office) Service Coordinator who will help us to coordinate, monitor and process services issues via our internal tools.

Position Requirements:

• 2-3 years project coordination experience
• Fluent English is a must
• Experience with ticketing tools
• Skilled in Excel
• Persistent, detail oriented, able to multitask

what will you do

- You will communicate to internal and external clients
- Monitor ticketing system
- Deal with orders of customers
- Prepare invoices
- Monitor and managing inventory levels
- Work on escalations from the customers supporting teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance or reliability
