what will you do
- Monitor ticketing system
- Deal with orders of customers
- Prepare invoices
- Monitor and managing inventory levels
- Work on escalations from the customers supporting teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance or reliability
