• 3+ years project coordination experience

what will you do
We are looking for a SMO (Services Management Office) Service Coordinator who will communicate with Lenovo customers and internal technical teams in order to manage IT deployment readiness and delivery issues.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Use of monitoring ticketing systems (SAP, SalesForce)
- Deal with customer orders, escalations and issues
- Managing invoices
- Monitor and managing inventory levels
- Work on escalations from the customers supporting teams
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations which may impact product performance or reliability
