Global Future Leader REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or Masters Students graduating between May 2019 - May 2020 that are completing a degree in Technology or Business Management disciplines

- Willingness to work from Raleigh/Durham-NC, Chicago-IL, Beijing-China; or countries in European and Asia Pacific Regions.
- Program Start Date: July 2020, can be flexible based on graduation date

Specific Job Description:
In this role you will report to the Director - Service Delivery for EMEA and be a part of Lenovo’s Global Future Leaders Program. You will be responsible for driving operational improvements in IBM's Field Service Performance
- Reducing repeat repairs, parts usage, returns capability.
- Identifying issues & solutions across EMEA markets.
- Working with vendor & Lenovo teams to identify root causes and focus on high impact actions to make improvements
