- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, business or related field.
- Must have high level of technology literacy, with demonstrated agility in Microsoft office suite
- Must be proficient at speaking, writing and communicating effectively in the English language

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Main duties & responsibilities:
- Report into the global philanthropy team, delivering diligent metrics and reporting to enhance the measurement and tracking of the Lenovo Foundation and Lenovo Corporate Philanthropy’s global impact.
- Due to time zone differences, job requires communication and collaboration outside of typical 9:00-18:00 working hours.
- Collaborate across Lenovo’s corporate functions, business units, and offices within the geography to increase employee engagement and maximize strategic impact through shared value and alignment. Applicant must be comfortable working in a matrixed organization, meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Work with established partners and build new partnerships within the Lenovo geography to increase access to STEM education for diverse and minority populations. Specific duties could include managing volunteer events, supporting sponsorships, and maximizing donation visibility and impact.
- Serve as a local point of contact and connector for employees and partners in your geography, providing information, guidance and evaluation for opportunities to give back in the community.
- Oversee and continually improve technology donation processes.
- Assist with internal and external communications and storytelling for Lenovo Philanthropy and Lenovo Foundation.
- Accountable for effective administration of monthly budget forecasting and expense management.
