Service Coordinator

University education (Bachelor's degree)

English - Advanced (C1)

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

We are looking for a service coordinator who will help us to coordinate, monitor and process services issues via our internal tools.

- You will communicate to internal and external clients
- Monitor ticketing system
- Deal with orders of customers
- Prepare invoices

Position requirements:

• 2-3 years project coordination experience
• Fluent English is a must
• Experience with ticketing tools
• Skilled in Excel
• Persistent, detail oriented, able to multitask


Minimum base salary starts from 1525 EUR, the final offer depends on experience and variable part
