EMEA Business Process/Project/Operations Manager

Skills:

• Excellent in MS Office – Superior level of MS Excel and PPT is required

Experience:
• Min. 5 years of experience in Project Management in Services
• Min. 5 years of experience within Vendor Management or Supply Chain
• Working in a diverse and global environment
• Running projects under BPMN methodology and LSS
Knowledge:
• PC (hardware) technical insight
• Project management experience
• Ability to read and navigate through complex Business process

what will you do
Role: This Role is part of the Centralized repair and logistics team responsible for E2E logistics and repair of customer devices within the EMEA region. Role is to cooperate daily with other team members, centralized and in country vendors, service delivery leads, call center and quality teams.
Responsibility in brief: Support vendor management tasks within specific area, be involved in ongoing business process enhancement initiatives and help with project co-ordination. Manage process adherence by function and oversee development of new processes based on operational and market requirements.

• Manage and continuously improve the service delivery supply and logistic obligations and ensure process documentation update and compliance
• Implement, maintain and develop cost control mechanisms to favor reduction in cost, take pro-active actions and create visibility
• Lead projects
