• PMP Certified a plus.

what will you do

The Lenovo DCG Worldwide (WW) Marketing Sales Enablement Team creates and manages sales programs, tools, content and launch to advance Lenovo DCG Enterprise sales opportunities. This team is focused on driving simple and digestible enablement to Lenovo‘s globally dispersed sales teams.

The DCG Sales Program Manager is a key role in the WW Marketing Team. This role ensures that Lenovo sales and Business Partners have the tools, content and programs to be successful driving growth in the DCG market.

Primary job responsibilities:

• Manage sales programs identified by WW sales enablement team (including DCG Competitive Buy Back program and Lenovo Expert Achievers Program) ensuring strategic alignment and connections and clearly defined impact measures.
• Support development of business cases, project scoping, project alignment, and process documentation to ensure clarity and accountability of deliverables.
• Partner with key stakeholders, maintain effective working relationships, and provide timely updates on project progress.
• Manage and escalate project risks and issues as needed, anticipate customer needs and formulate solutions, and in general respond to the variability involved in any key initiative.
• Facilitate project kick-off, stakeholder analysis, lessons learned, board updates, and the integration of work from multiple teams and multiple vendors to deliver project success.
• Ensure that all deliverables and commitments meet quality standards and expectations.
• Guide projects through organizational change management implications, considering communication, stakeholder management, training, and adoption.
• Guide the request for proposal (RFP) and request for information (RFI) process for projects as required; work closely across teams to guide effective selection of delivery and solutions partners.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality (GDPR) in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information, whether internal to Lenovo or customer-specific.
• Use an open and collaborative approach to working with strategic partners in the WW marketing, Sales Learning & Development, WW comms, Business Units, GEO marketing & sales and across the business.
• Develop project management skills within centers of excellence by consulting, mentoring, and enablement activities.
