Sales Enablement Manager

who are we looking for

• 3-5 years’ experience marketing in the IT industry, including product marketing, sales, sales enablement and/or demand generation.
• Proactive self-starter and strong team collaborator with leadership skills in a matrix environment.
• Effective communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
• History of process development and documentation.
• Ability to prioritize, problem solve, collaborate and lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Engaging facilitator that has the ability to take technical documentation and translate into sales language.

what will you do

Lenovo DCG is looking for an experienced and inspiring Sales Enablement Leader who is prepared to take the sales organization to the next level during this period of tremendous growth.

Reporting directly to the WW Director, DCG Sales Enablement, the role will be responsible for ensuring that the GEO sales organizations are equipped with the dialogue, content, resources, and tools necessary to effectively differentiate and sell the Lenovo DCG products and services portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Implement a comprehensive sales enablement program focused on competitive content (to include tools, processes, programs and accreditations).
• Improve time to competency while reducing time to revenue through the execution of sales enablement plays.
• Partner with sales leadership, sales operations, and GEO product marketing to identify knowledge gaps across the company, conduct ongoing needs assessments and roll out targeted programs.
• Leverage Product Management and Product Marketing where appropriate for DCG content.
• Create and manage sales enablement tools and enablement materials that support the sales force (both direct and partner) in their revenue generating efforts while driving consistency across content, templates and location.
• Design and implement metrics to ensure consistent evaluation and measurement of DCG enablement tools.
• Define, manage, and execute learning strategies for the sales organizations including on-going trainings and workshops.
• Lead in collaboration with the segments to capture new and updated offerings and maintain the overall DCG story and other key cross brand narratives with up-to-date sales enablement materials, training resources, and product information.
• Lead the development and deployment of tools, processes and strategies for Lenovo DCG Sales and Partners.
• Infuse process discipline and metrics tracking around DCG tools deep into the DCG Sales Org in order to support closure of new mandated business and nominations.
• Build institutional knowledge by systematically capturing, documenting and disseminating lessons learned from prior projects and initiatives.
