Senior Data Center Product Planner

More than 5 years’ experience within a project and/or product management preferably working with Enterprise products
• BA Degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field
• Familiar with HW technology with focus on servers and related infrastructure
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational, and problem solving skills
• Ability to drive diverse teams across the globe and business functions to ensure projects are on track
• Self-motivated, detail orientated, organized personality
• E2E focus, candidate must be able to follow and apply procedures and systems of the company, plus understands the requirements and impacts from all stakeholders to make decisions
• Proven track record of success in cross-functional, global environment

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Lenovo is seeking a Data Center Group Product Planner to be responsible for our product launch process management. The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background and strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills in his skillset. This individual will need to be comfortable in complex, highly-matrixed organizations and global fast-paced environment. Candidate will report to Senior Manager, Product Planner.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Participate on Product Offering Development Team being responsible for new products entering the market
- Support the Offering Development Team Leader as a Project Manager as required
- Ownership of the Product Plan of Record (POR, Offering Definition)
- Product announcement process ownership
- Manage the Internal Announce Letter ontime release and review its quality
- Present product information and status to the management team
- Prioritize multiple deadlines and expedite communications
