Position Requirements:
• Financial or Accounting Degree or Equivalent Business experience
• 3.5 years Finance and/or Accounting experience - ideally in a global corporation
• Proven track record of delivering results in metrics-driven operational environment
• South Eastern European regional knowledge advantageous
• Excellent skills with standard software tools / systems (e.g. MS Office)
• SAP knowledge advantageous
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Fluent English (oral and written)

Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Coordination, Results reporting & analysis in line with the monthly closing process
• Ensure data and reporting consistency across all business unit and country organizations
• Supports management of local discretionary expense
• B/S / DSO / A/R responsibility
• Close interaction with Corporate Consolidation team and the business units
• Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analyses and information reports.
• Ensure proper accounting of business partner programs with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
• Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents
• Support in developing, implementing and maintaining finance procedures and deal with internal and external Audits
