what will you do

We are seeking a highly motivated and Marketing Analyst with project management and budget management experience. The Analyst would be responsible for tracking our marketing expenses, executing on purchase orders, supporting MDF plans and working with our partners and vendors. This position would also be responsible to interlock with GEOs on tracking their metrics for success, and on how to best drive marketing activities. Effective communication and ability to present our plans to executive management is a must.

Responsibilities:
• Support marketing managers in maintaining and creating reports on the DCG global marketing budget
• Manage MDF programs for DCG
• Interlocks ecosystem partners to help drive new programs and opportunities with BU segement team SMEs, geo marketing managers, and sellers.
• Creates metrics and reporting on our management system and BMS
• Create stakeholder surveys to measure the impact on our marketing activities and deliverables.
• Establishes metrics to track and to optimize seller utilization and effectiveness.
• Support team with PPT and marketing deliverables on our value prop and sales enablement content.

Desired Skills & Experience:
• BA/BS in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior management. Ability to work with international stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external customers.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine program effectiveness, ROI, etc.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Data Center products and technologies, including Servers, Storage, Networking, and Converged/Hyperconverged systems are a plus.
