what will you do
Position Description
□ Management Responsibilities
Manage team to deliver service according to SLA
Policy setting, strategic planning and target setting
Control and supervision- Staff training and guidance, Motivate staffs to improve capabilities and grow
Guide continuous improvement
Review tower expense
□ Operation Responsibilities
Play the role of 'profit manager', who will help with monitoring AP's profit level based on the deals approved in real-time
Engage in large deal structuring to maximize win probability, profitability and revenue
Participate in financial aspects of RFP responses as required.
Implement standardization and improvements in processes and tools
Advising the region sales staff on possible up-sell strategies
Approving or rejecting special bids submitted by the region sales staff within the agreed SLA (service level agreement) and DOA
Raise bids to AP/WW level for additional approval as needed as per DOA
Work with Regional reporting teams to provide leadership in defining reporting templates and analysis techniques. Where required, collaborate with the Finance teams to create and implement reporting solutions
Measure and report bid pricing turnaround times
Maintain a strong relationship with the region sales and finance teams
Report pricing dynamics, including analysis by customer size and bid profitability, in order to optimize the bid portfolio
Communicate timely, critical and accurate cost information to the regional sales staff in order to validate pricing direction & expected outcomes
Tracking and management of fundings for approved special bids
Utilise regular competitive product “price-feature-value” analysis in order to assist in arriving at data driven pricing decisions
Assist sales in the analysis of SMB business case portfolio to maximize revenue and profitability. Owns intraline & interline price positioning.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 6 years experience in pricing analysis or pricing/spreadsheet modeling with 3 years of supervisory experience
Those with strong FP&A, OTC cycle experience or accounting experience will be preferred
Skill Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience using Excel in daily job
Strong analytical skills and attentive to details
Familiar with SAP FICO and EPM application
Good communication skills. Good command of both written and spoken English
