who are we looking for
University education (Master's degree)
what will you do
Manage team to deliver service according to SLA
Control and supervision
Identify and initiate continuous improvement opportunities
Staff training and guidance
Data definition and rule Setting
Coordination of input material
Add hoc report review and distribution
Analysis and action commentary
AR performance review with CG&BP AR team and local finance team
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
More than 5 years working experiences in Finance area
Team management working experience
AR management experience is preferred
Deep understanding of E2E process
Excellent communication and organization skill
Multiple tasks management skills
Great attention to detail, strong problem solving skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity
The ability to work in cross functional team
Fluent oral and written English
Finance or related field is required
