who are we looking for
• Excellent written and verbal English & French communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Data analysis and data interpretation skills
• Ability to work on her/his own initiative to strict deadlines
• Friendly customer´s approach with strong sense of urgency
• Organized and methodical person
• Attention to details
• Ability to work with various software packages (e.g. MS Office), especially Excel
• Outlook and SAP experience is an advantage

what will you do
• Increase the services registration rate in EMEA based on the yearly set metrics per Country and per selected Business Partner
• Drive the Warranty and Registration team’s service speed and quality, customer experience, cost effectiveness and improved relationships with Lenovo customers
• Continue Services Sales Registration improvement so that we deliver excellent business partner and customer satisfaction in this area
• Establish and nurture a relationship with the assigned Business Partners
• Educate Sales and Business Partners’ procurement on Services Compatibility and share best practice
• Register warranties on customer´s demand
• Distributors, Resellers, End users
• Warranty & Registration support team
• Sales Service Center
• Customer Fulfillment team
