University education (Master's degree)

what will you do

In this position, you will be responsible for the Service Sales Registration program and Registration support for EMEA geography, making sure that the Lenovo systems are updated with the correct warranty entitlements and the upgrade/extension products are registered against related units.

Responsibilities:
• Increase the services registration rate in EMEA based on the yearly set metrics per Country and per selected Business Partner
• Drive the Warranty and Registration team’s service speed and quality, customer experience, cost effectiveness and improved relationships with Lenovo customers
• Continue Services Sales Registration improvement so that we deliver excellent business partner and customer satisfaction in this area
• Establish and nurture a relationship with the assigned Business Partners
• Educate Sales and Business Partners’ procurement on Services Compatibility and share best practice
• Register warranties on customer´s demand
