HR Partner - temporary contract

who are we looking for

The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in HR (Partner/Generalist/Recruiter) at least 5 years
- Fluent English and Slovak
- Very good knowledge of local Labour law
- Customer focus
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle various tasks simultaneously
- Responsibility and detail orientation
- Collaborative and team work mindset

Required education

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)

what will you do

We are looking for HR Partner to join the Lenovo HR Team.

The HR Partner will be responsible for end to end support to management in various areas:
- HR advisory in labour law topics, compensation, performance management
- Recruitment and candidate selection
- Monitoring of internal policies and updates
- Responsibility for Onboarding and related administration
- Administration of various benefits
