who are we looking for

Technical Requirements:

Must have
o Microsoft Excel (including macros and VBA) – advanced level
o experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java, Apex o SQL server admin – advanced level o Professional background related to any of the following areas: sales, sales operations, marketing, support, channel management, IT

Nice to have
o Knowledge of Web design – Java (PHP, ASP / ASP.NET, HTML)
o Proficient in system admin tasks such as creating profiles, roles and users o Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce

Skills required:
o English language – advanced level
o Strong communication skills (verbal / presentations) – it is a key for the successful candidate o Complex research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills o Knowledge of ITIL processes (would be an advantage)

o IT University degree and/or equivalent technical experience

what will you do

This is a crucial role in the Sales Support team, responsible for system configuration and administration of Salesforce (customer relationship management system – CRM).

Support is provided to Sales Representatives in EMEA so that they are able to manage all customer data in the system (orders, contacts, requirements, visits, documents etc.)

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work independently, manage his / her workload, work from home when necessary and get a Salesforce certification.

1. Development – 70%
2. Support to users – 30%

Key Areas of responsibility
o Develop and implement technical solutions for assigned projects
o Identification and solution of business processes, incident and problem management
o Ongoing maintenance/improvement of the business process and deployed solutions
o Recommend proper technology and procedures to be utilized – plan, develop and prepare presentations of various proposals, systems solutions, objectives, organization and scheduling of assigned projects
o Assist with ongoing data reporting / dashboarding solutions so business can maintain/grow with a focus on system functions
