• Proven experience and strong skills in data analytics and data management

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Ability to present in front of audience face to face or via teleconference
• Ability to work autonomously and independently
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
• Experience in sales operation, channel operation, product or program management is an advantage

what will you do

In this role, you will support EMEA server & storage sales community with developing, implementing and driving services programs (e.g. sales incentive programs) for our channel partners, in order to grow Lenovo services business. You will report directly to the EMEA Services Channel Sales Leader.

Responsibilities:
• Drive timely delivery of all services channel sales operational tasks
• Educate Lenovo Sales and Business Partners on services channel sales programs and services offering portfolio
• Analyze the channel sales out data for growth trends on partner, country, territory and EMEA level
• Drive process of services channel sales representatives' target planning and reviews
• Regularly gather channel market requirements in order to gain a thorough understanding and improvements of Partners' experience
• Act as a focal point for Sales Team community as well as providing support to Business Partners
• Drive services channel sales and marketing activities by implementing unique incentives, promotions, events and local pilots with Partners that will drive incremental services quoting activity
• Actively participate on projects focused on integrating new countries and new Partner types to the operations processes
