What will be your position in our team?
In the role of the Sr. CEE HRBP you will have an unique opportunity to start your career in a team supporting 14 CEE countries. That will give you insight on all HR processes and activities in various environments and also you will actively participate in international projects. You will report to CEE HR Manager .
This role is not typical generalist position interacting daily with employees on site. Most of the support will be provided remotely and will focus on data analyses, consulting activities and project work.
We’re looking for exceptional individuals with passion for knowledge and strong work ethics.
Your role
• Data analytics , process mapping and HR process implementations accross the region
• Taking care of internal CEE HR communication
• Facilitating Group CSR activities with HR focus
• Facilitate and coordinate countries Learning and Development plans
• Cooperate in creation and implementation of HR processes accross the zone
• Keeping up to date CEE zone employees database, data provided by countries
• Management of employee`s lifecycle for Balkan countries, including recruitment, onboarding / off boarding
• Employee`s data analytics regarding Headcount plans, Compensation, Diversity and Inclusion , GEEIS labelization and Group requested reports
• HR validation of Group reporting data
Who we’re looking for
• proactive fast learner with analytical mindset
• University degree , preferably Human Sciences or Process Engineering ( role is suitable for a graduate )
• Fluent oral and written English language, any other CEE or French language is an advantage
• Advanced MS Excel user and familiar with data analysis
• Precise, action oriented and well organized personality with caring attitude
• Drive licence B + driving experience, willing to travel to CEE Region
