Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Providing for the development of sales and market shares for DIY product lines in the Central and Eastern Europe zone;
• Active participation in definition of strategy and budget for DIY product lines;
• Sales activities in the countries of the Central and Eastern Europe zone, sales support to local sales teams;
• Monitoring of profitability of assigned product lines (build and maximize the competitiveness and profitability when adhering to price directives of the Legrand Group);
• Active participation in the coordination and pricing in the Central and Eastern Europe zone;
• Long-term sales planning;
• Development and implementation of strategies for new DIY customers and services for them;
• Marketing reporting (external and internal) and evaluation of sales results for the agreed-upon product lines;
• Dissemination of information to local managements and sales representatives about new and strategic products of the company.

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Driving licence

 Be well organised and able to prioritise and multi task
 Be self-motivated and capable of producing large quantities of high quality work
 Possess the confidence and presentation skills to advise all staff
 Superior level of computer literate
 Be able to analyse complex situations and give balanced well considered decisions
 Ability to work as a part of an international team
 Experiences with DIY international banners
