Job description, responsibilities and duties

As Global LMS Lead you will support the Global HR organization to implement a global Learning Management system in SuccessFactors - our global HR system.

Your tasks will include testing, creation of training material and training conduction.

After the Go-Live phase of the system you will be responsible for its maintenance and administration as well as the end-user support and training.

Further responsibilities will be supporting and creating of E-learnings (e.g. for functional departments such as Finance or Sustainability) and administration of our E-learning platform LinkedIn Learning and also administration of global training activities and documenting of learning history.

You will ensure that all training activities of LEDVANCE group are registered and offered via the LMS and you will report training KPIs regularly (needed for board presentations, sustainability reports, cost controlling etc.)

Supporting the roll-out of other SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Development will be an additional task.

Personality requirements and skills

Education:
• Degree in business administration, business informatics, Psychology or HR

Work experience:
• Min. 2 years of experience in HR field or HR IT department in international environment is a must. 

• Proven experience with being in an implementation phase of a system such as SAP SuccessFactors or a comparable system 


Special knowledge we require:
• SAP SuccessFactors LMS or comparable systems
• E-Learning creation tools such as Articulate
• Design and conduction of training activities (including creation of training material)
• Project management skills
Languages skills:
• English fluently spoken and written
Skills / Capabilities:
• Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset with pragmatism and hands-on mentality
• Very good communication and networking skills
• Proactivity
