Job description, responsibilities and duties
This function supports the Global HR organization to implement and maintain a global HR System. Focus areas are reporting, system configuration and key user support.
Assigned agenda:
• Operational support in our global compensation-related HR processes (budget planning, income review, bonus target setting/achievement)
• Support in implementation of the global HCM System based on SAP SuccessFactors (with focus on the modules “Compensation” and “Performance Management”)
• Developing the system by analyzing and implementing new functionalities
• Basic system configuration of the SuccessFactors modules “Compensation” and “Performance”
• Support for HR key users (2nd level support)
• Perform data quality checks and develop actions to improve the data quality
• Create and maintain reports in SAP SuccessFactors

Personality requirements and skills
* University education preferably in Human resources or Business administration
* Fluency in English language ( + knowledge of German language will be a great advantage)
* 2+ years of experience in an international HR function with a focus on compensation processes, HR systems, data or reporting
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR systems
* Very good MS Excel skills
* Working with HR data and reporting
* Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset with a pragmatic and hands-on approach
* Strong networking skills
