Process expert (SCM and logistics)

* Coordination of SCM process activities
* Configuration and implementation of Supply Chain Processes considering economic efficiency and customer requirements
* Definition and optimization of processes in agreement with BU, sales and subsidiaries as well as plants, logistics offices, distribution centers, IT and customers
Project lead and project work within the processes SCM
* Conduct of project preparation, analyses and economic efficiency calculation
* Perform budget and resource planning and obtain project approvals
* Recognize project risks and escalate if necessary
* Structure and describe specifications and process descriptions
* Prepare and conduct test cases and trainings, support GOLive and hypercare phase
* Support logistics processes, work on incidents and enhancements
* Conception and application of user trainings as well as independent creation of training material
* Cooperation with the LBS colleagues and guidance

University education (Master's degree)

English - Advanced (C1)

* Master degree in Business Management or comparable qualification
* At least 5 years of experience with SAP implementation, leading of SAP roll-outs
* Extensive experience in Logistics and Supply Chain functions
* Long-term experience in project management or provable expertise in process optimization
* Profound knowledge in SAP R/3 (SD,MM,WM,PP) or SAP S4 HANA
* Fluency in English language (knowledge of German language is advantageous)
* Good communication skills and leadership
* Independent working and exceptional analytical skills
* Enjoy working in a team and in international structures
* Diplomatic skills and at the same time assertiveness
* Willingness to travel (occasional short business trips)
