* Handling incoming emails
* Assessment of received claims and requirements
* 1st level support

* Escalations according to guideline
* Daily work in SAP
* Other administrative tasks

* ADVANCED level of English language - C1 level is a must
* At least 1 year of previous customer care experience (order entry, claim handling, 1st level support etc.)
* Strong focus on the customer
* Professional spoken and written communication
* Ability to work independently
* Responsible and proactive attitude
* Ability to prioritize, good time management
* Preciseness at work and following work instructions
* Stress resistance
* Solid PC skills
* Willingness to work at 09:30 - 18:00
