Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti

Drives implementation of BE in the country and leads the change activitiesESG. Develops and executes BE transformation plan to drive BE adoption in country and ultimately grow in BE maturity. Clarifies pipeline of opportunities and validates priorities. Supports the identification and execution of local process improvement pipeline (incl. RPA)
Be the local ambassador for continuous process improvement (LEAN) and KPI driven performance measurement. Lead methodology driven or other problem-solving projects to deliver tangible performance impact
Lead the alignment of local KPIs, targets & results with global / strategic priorities.Ensures knowledge capturing and best practice usage & sharing on local level. Monitors performance of key processes (incl. process mining) with process owners and triggers process improvements.
Responsible to set overall CX and Quality vision (incl. yearly CX targets, customer journeys, etc.). Responsible for collecting CX KPIs (hot and cold surveys) according to central guidelines and local context (incl. NPS and CSAT survey results). Accountable for collecting CX KPI, in accordance with central guidelines and running the yearly Customer Experience KPIs consolidation exercise (incl. NPS and CSAT survey results). Run the yearly Customer Experience KPIs consolidation exercise (for central and SG) in line with central function.
Manage or coordinate ESG actions locally. Lead local projects especially around internal emissions, societal commitment. Support local functions e.g., Procurement, Operations, HR in ESG-related projects. Animate local functions within a regular Sustainability Committee. Develop employee engagement through sustainability through communication, volunteering. Monitor and report agreed ESG KPIs on a frequency agreed with the local Management
Contribute to global reporting requirements. Manage or coordinate ESG actions locally. Lead local projects especially around internal emissions, societal commitment. Support local functions e.g., Procurement, Operations, HR in ESG-related projects. Monitor and report agreed ESG KPIs on a frequency agreed with the local Management.
