Job description, responsibilities and duties

Position Plant Quality Systems Engineer will be continual work on adherence of plant processes to corporate, customer and industry standards. This position is located in Voderady. Voderady is a JIT Complete Seat Assembly facility with approximately 550 staff covering a space of 10,000 SQM; due to a large increase in customer volumes, we will be increasing this to over 1000 staff covering 22,000 SQM by 2019.

As Plant Quality Systems Engineer your responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):

•To manage quality system of plant in line with corporate system
•Ensuring adherence of formats, documents and procedures of plant with customer, corporate and industry standards
•Creating, maintaining and fulfilling the audit plan of plant
•Cooperation with Quality System Engineers and auditors across the division
•Continual self development by internal and external trainings
•Identifying and training the process and system auditors across the plant for IATF 16949, Manufacturing Site Assessment and Layered process Audits

Personality requirements and skills

To be a success in this role you must have:

•Minimum of two years of exposure to processes and procedures at the home plant must be required.
•Fluency in Customer language is a must; a very high level of English and home plant language are assets for the position and a requirement to follow a successful career at Lear.
•Certified system auditor ISO TS / IATF 16 949
•Excellent command of Quality core tools – control plan, SPC, MSA, PFMEA, APQP
•Ability to coach and train on all levels of company
