Accounts Receivable Processor role is based in Lear Financial Shared Service Centre located in Brno, Czech Republic. Centre is supporting European Lear plants and covers internal Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing with focus on process standardization and highest quality service to all supported entities. Your main responsibilities will be:

· Cash allocation & cash collection
· Customer payments discrepancy resolutions
· Outgoing accounts receivable documents processing, including debit/credit notes (SAP)
· Assessment of VAT treatments
· Customer and intercompany statements and reconciliations
· Month-end close activities and regular reporting including aging
· Communication with internal and external Lear customers
· Internal controls and SOX compliance
· Cooperation with other team members with focus on SLA & KPIs achievement
· Ad-hoc tasks and related administration


· Degree in business administration / accounting/ finance preferred
· Upper-Intermediate English (corporate language and process related documentation in English)
· Accounting experience
· Intermediate German language knowledge is an advantage
· User level PC skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel)
· ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP
· Analytical reasoning
· Team player with ability to work independently
· Result oriented personality with focus on detail and deadlines
· Positive attitude and good communication skills
· Flexibility and stress resistance
