Job description, responsibilities and duties

Senior HR Specialist in cooperation with HR Manager:

  • helps to develop & implement people leadership practices
  • shares the responsibility for the goals & target delivery; budget & KPIs
  • leads the change management projects, manages the HR related internal & external communication
  • analyzes trends & metrics with the HR dept
  • provides HR policy guidance
  • conducts weekly/monthly meetings with respective business units / internal clients
  • supports & together with Recruitment specialists coordinates & executes recruitment process ( internal/external posting, advertisemnts, marketing, branding...)
  • supports the cooperation with Universities, High schools
  • manages & resolves complex employee relations issues while conducting effective, thorough & objective investigations
  • works closely within organization to improve: work relationships, build morale, increase productivity & retention
  • proactively participates on Community service projects
  • actively supports & incorporates the One Lear & One Team culture

Personality requirements and skills

  • Proven broad experience in various HR areas of expertise
  • min 5 years of experience with human resources from production field
  • Highly developed Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Project management & Change management skills
  • Strong Analytical & Problem solving skills
  • Global & Cultural awareness
  • Labor Law knowledge
