Job description, responsibilities and duties

Senior HR Specialist in cooperation with HR Manager:

• Helps to develop & implement people leadership practices
• Analyzes trends & metrics with the HR department
• Provides HR policy guidance
• Supports & together with Recruitment specialists coordinates & executes recruitment process ( internal/external posting, advertisemnts, marketing, branding...)
• Supports the cooperation with Universities, High schools
• Manages & resolves complex employee relations issues while conducting effective, thorough & objective investigations
• Works closely within organization to improve: work relationships, build morale, increase productivity & retention
• Proactively participates on Community service projects

Personality requirements and skills

• Proven broad experience in various HR areas of expertise
• min 5 years of experience with human resources from production field
• Highly developed Communication and Negotiation skills
• Project management & Change management skills
• Strong Analytical & Problem solving skills
• Global & Cultural awareness
• Labor Law knowledge
