LANXESS is currently seeking a strong, motivated and talented individuals with the appropriate experience for the position of Inside Sales Support Specialist with Hungarian language.
Location: CEE, Slovakia, Bratislava
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Build customer loyalty in the Chemical Industry as interface to the customer, communication with customers
• Order entering into SAP system L4P (sales- , return- and sample orders)
• Customer Services activities (providing information to the customers regarding status of the open orders, backlogs, price adjustments, samples, postponements in deliveries)
• Order management: checking product availability, scheduling of orders (confirmation, postponement, preponement, cancellation of the order)
• Cooperation with the headquarter in Germany & with the Region
• Cooperation with the transport department, looking for best logistics solutions
• Close sales support and daily contact with the Area Sales Manager
• Customer Data Adjustment in CRM and in MDG system (collaboration with different interfaces)
• Monitoring overdue invoices, claims management in the IQOS system

Requirements:
• Good level of general education; a Bachelor´s degree, or professional degree in commerce, management, or equivalent;
• 2-3 year experience in a comparable role in the supply chain and customer service sectors in a global setting;
• You are recognized for your team spirit, your interpersonal, writing skills, and your thoroughness in complying with commercial regulations;
• You have sense of thoroughness, initiative and ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced matrix environment;
• You are solution-focused with a simple and practical approach when executing;
• You are flexible to adapt to the needs of the business and results-oriented to deliver objectives and continuous improvement;
• Fluent language skills in English and Hungarian, German language is an advantage;
• You are familiar with the Office Package, and have knowledge of SAP SD & MM software;
• Customer facing skills both by phone and e-mail;
