Main Responsibilities:
- customer care
- communication with customers in PL
- cooperation with sales managers and partners who are responsible for BUs in abroad
- order file
- order processing
- evidence of business cases
- complaint processing
- monthly reporting of financial turn-over
- monthly accumulative reporting of financial turn-over for sales manager
- invoice control
- debt recoveries
- organization of business meetings
- organization of business trips
- participation on business meetings, trainings, teambuilding etc.
- participation on business trips
- monthly statement of account KS
- reporting (issue of control – KS)
- weekly control of customer´s payment (overdue)
- urgency written + by telephone
- monthly forecast
- evidence of offers
- equipment of customer specifications
