Job description, responsibilities and duties

The position is an excellent job opportunity for a professional interested in treasury, reporting and controlling activities in an international shared service center.

Main responsibilities:
- Support the execution of month-end related tasks such as data retrieval, validation and aggregation
- Support the controlling and validation of FX and Commodity deals in our systems
- Contribute to the closing activities to improve the information quality of internal and external reporting
- Contribute to the reporting and controlling activities
- Take part in Cash Flow forecasting process
- Support with various controlling activities to ensure compliance
- Actively support in cross department projects
- Support the team with the Internal Controls

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Double-entry bookkeeping - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

Experience and skills:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business or Accounting
- Proficient in using MS Office, Excel advanced
- Experience in Finance, Controlling and Reporting activities
- Advanced knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping
- Knowledge of Treasury operations and processes would be an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP Finance would be an advantage
- English – min B2

- Strong team player with the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Highly organized and keen on detail
- Communication skills and customer orientation
- Ability to focus on details and to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Very good spirit and eagerness to learn
