Job description, responsibilities and duties

Role Overview:
In this role, you will be working with the top level professionals of Holcim Group in various areas of Corporate functions.

The position is an excellent job opportunity for a professional interested in supporting several departments in the area of data analytics, QlikView development and project management.

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and/or act as Project Manager of activities related to data management (collection, validation, visualization and analysis)
- Identify risks and challenges during the planning phase and apply mitigation plan before the execution phase of the project
- Develop applications focused on measurement of the activities and processes in QlikView
- Develop and implement data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality
- Build and improve reports as per business requirements
- Support Corporate functions in order to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Prepare (clean, transform, sort) complex data sets to make them suitable for analysis
- Perform first level of interpretation on data (trends, patterns, key messages)
- Define and prepare visual reports and documentation to present conclusions to management
- Explore automation and process improvement potential
- Act as a gatekeeper of business process requirements pipeline
- Participate in the Analytical/Reporting/AI forums/workshops to oversee current trends in the technology and systems
- Train other members of the team/company to build awareness/best practices and common knowledge about the tools and strategy

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Computer skills:
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and databases is a must
- Advanced programming skills, mainly in the field of Business Intelligence
- Programming skills in QlikView/Reporting/Analytical tools (SAP FC/BW) is an advantage
- Mastery in Excel is a must
- Preparation of the presentation slides - Proficient in the preparation of presentations
- Knowledge in any other tool is appreciated (Axiom, Tableau, Data base)

Process, Controlling and Project management skills:
- Min. 3 years in SQL/QV development
- Creativity to identify, present, and deliver process improvements and efficiencies through technology
- Strong technical & automation skills
- Understanding of continuous process improvement tools and techniques
- Green Belt / Lean Manager (CPI) certified candidate is preferred
- CSM certified or SCRUM professional is preferred

European Business Services´s team, located in a modern and dynamic office in the heart of Košice, is providing financial and administration support for Holcim’s branches within Europe. Our SSC was established in 2014 on green field developing its international projects within Europe.
