Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be responsible for the People Management in terms of:

- Coaching and supervising team members
- Serving as a resource for complex problems
- Personnel forecasting and resource planning

You will coordinate Performance & Service Management such as:

- Managing of all Performance Management outputs, making sure that all deadlines are met and no restatement is needed
- Ensuring effective monthly performance reporting of EBS with focus on trends and explanations of deviations, with aim to support business decision making process
- Leading development of performance reporting tools, ensures coordination with Robotics to ensure maximization of synergies
- Managing centralized Account Management approach, being the single point of contact for Partners in Countries regards to Performance and Service
- Communicating performance results to the management and provides explanations and additional data based on request
- Monitoring and managing day-to-day processes
- Improving the existing relationship with the business partners
- Working with other teams leaders to plan and allocate team resources and resolve technical problems
- Supporting Finance Function with databases and inputs related to Function performance and optimization of processes

As well as you will take care of Technical Standards / Compliance in regards of:

- Monitoring and executing internal control procedures to comply with internal/external audit requirements
- Identifying and recommending necessary changes in reporting policies and procedures to optimize effective and efficient performance

Personality requirements and skills

You are a fit for this role if you have:
- University education (Master’s degree) in Finance Management or Controlling
- Min. 4 year experience in Performance Management or Financial Reporting / Controlling function
- Min. 1 year in leading a team
- English - upper intermediate (B2)

- SAP (FI & CO) advanced
- Very good communication & persuasion skills
- Ability to focus on details and take care of them
- Orientation on results delivery
- Practical thinking & problem solving skills
- Ability to lead and develop team members
