Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main Responsibilities:
- The P2P Process Manager identifies and manages end-to-end process initiatives to further optimize and automatize end-to-end processes contributing directly to SG&A targets in Europe.
- The Process Manager Is leading virtual project teams (including country representatives).
- The Process Manager supports country management teams in evaluating process performance and –compliance (Account Manager) and drives forward performance and compliance.
- Analyzes processes, proposing solutions aiming for end-to-end process standardization, -compliance, -optimization, -automation to achieve more output with lower costs (target: SG&A costs in Europe)
- Measures process performance and productivity, proposes measures and initiatives to optimize process productivity.
- Designs, build, test, implement and rolls-out process- and technical solutions to optimize and automatize P2P processes across Europe.
- Defines the fundamentals for proper performance and compliance tracking: SLA&RSLA, relevant KPI’s for performance and compliance tracking, contribute to charge back modelling, access new service requests and maintains Service Catalogue

Purchase to Pay includes: Accounts Payable, Procurement back office and Vendor Master Data.

Personality requirements and skills

- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Excellent Change Management Skills
- Functional knowledge in the P2P end to end process
- SAP knowledge
- Excellent MS Office Skills including MS Project
- Presentation skills
- Fluent English (C1)

- Min 5 years experience in business shared services managing/optimizing P2P processes
and / or Min 5 years operational position in P2P area
- Min 5 years in managing and delivering projects
- Experience in managing (virtual) teams and working in an international environment

- Strong communicator and motivator
- Strong business acumen (able to construct business cases)
- Conceptual thinker and problem solver
- Performance oriented, manage execution
- Proactive behavior and constructive mindset
- Capability to get the big picture, think out of the box if needed
- Travel requirements: 40% out of Košice, 60% Košice
