Recycling Manager in Čížkovice Cement Plant

Your responsibilities will be:
- sourcing of waste as alternative fuels and alternative raw materials for the cement plan in Czech republic
- indicate, drive and follow up of AF/ARM project, searching for a new materials in Czech republic and neighboring countries
- perform AFR reporting in coordination with European Geocycle management
- searching for a new suppliers and dealing with a new contract terms
- leading a small team
- representing the cement plan in Group activities

Other responsibilities:
- delivering quality and on time productivity that meets service level agreement specifications
- contributing to improvement initiatives

- experience at local market with AF/ARM at least 5 years
- excellent MS Office Skills including MS Project
- fluent level of English language (min. B2)
- very good negotiating skills
- proactive personality with very good communication and organizational skills
- proactive nature, showing self initiatives
- can lead peers by influence
- SAP expertise is an advantage
