Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our Shared Service Center is looking for a new colleague experienced in HR area, HRIS and reporting processes.

If you are searching for a further development in HR area, we have an opportunity for you to gain more skills, knowledge and experience in international team.

Your responsibilities will be to:
- Translate business requirements into reporting deliverable and analytical needs
assessment required by HR leadership.
- Provide ongoing and innovative reporting support for HR and HRIS departments.
- Utilize various reporting tools, including Workday, SAP, and other sources to monitor HR data for operational, administrative and quality assurance purposes.
- Automate, standardize, curate, improve, schedule and publish key reports and analysis.
- Support customers outside of HR/Payroll Shared Services with reporting needs.
- Create and maintain a report library that can be utilized as self-service by HR and business leaders.
- Maintain HR Data integrity and prevent data errors for identified critical monthly reports.
- Serve as a functional expert for the HRIS reporting & dashboard offerings.
- Coach and teach others on how to use the self-service analytics and reporting tools.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Finance, Business , Payroll Management, Accounting, HR

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Human Resources - advanced
SAP - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree, preferably business or similar
- Knowledgeable of key HR processes and HRIS
- Prior experience or familiarity with HR Reporting, controlling or Data Analytics
- Proven ability to maintain the strictest confidence when dealing with sensitive data
- Experience with HRIS is preferred
