Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your responsibilities as Romanian language Service Desk Specialist will be:

- Receiving phone call and emails from employees, and vendors.
- Documenting ticket and responding to inbound messages in a professional manner.
- Working with the business units, Shared Service Center, company tools and assets, and other business partners to resolve inbound inquiries to achieve proper resolution in prescribed time frames.
- Communicating ticket resolution to appropriate customer contact and maintaining ticket documentation.
- Interface with other Shared Service teams to ensure compliance with cross-team account abilities, specifically the AP Invoice resolution team.

Personality requirements and skills

- Education in Public Administration, Economics, Translation, Languages or related field
- English B2 and Romanian C1
- MS Office (Word, Excel) intermediate or advanced
- Communication skills and customer orientation
- Ability to focus on details and to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Team working skills
- Practical thinking & problem solving

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Public Administration, Economics, Translation, Languages or related field

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Romanian - Advanced (C1)
