Job description, responsibilities and duties

Financial Shared Service Center in Košice is looking for a P2P Key User or a SAP consultant for finance area.
Are you a supportive, analytical and solution oriented expert, and do you want to provide a system administration/control for our accounting department? This is an opportunity for you!

Your responsibilities will be:
- Proactive identifying, gathering and timely resolving of technical issues (including process and system setting issues) within Procurement Services department, as arising.
- Communication and follow-up as a single point of contact for Procurement Services department and an interface between EBS and local partners for the technical issues, coordinating testings, new implementations, participating on workshops and chairing allocated projects.
- Single point of contact for Procurement Services department team leads in resolving daily issues, helping with analysis to make sure management of all P2P technical processes/services is consistent with IFRS and SAP setting.
- Monitor and execute internal control procedures to comply with internal/external audit requirements, submit reports and analysis as requested by Procurement Services Head, keep allocated SOPS up to date.
- Ensure process designs are consistent with best practice, instigating process improvement initiatives where appropriate and constantly aiming for improvements.
- Responsible for staff training and education in P2P SAP improvements implemented or projects executed, proactive new comers as well as senior professionals trainings as per the need of the team leads.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Master’s degree in Finance, Business, IT or Accounting

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

SAP administration - advanced
SAP - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- SAP key user/Business SAP user experience at least 2 years
- Basic knowledge of SAP configuration, customizing and ABAP Workbench
- Conversational English (B2)
- SAP user experience in FI, TM, MM,
SD, PS, PP is advantage
- ERP architecture basic knowledge
- Excellent MS Office Skills including MS Access
- Programming skills (VBA or Javascript or R)
