Job description, responsibilities and duties

European Financial Business Services is looking for a new member to join our starting project as User Management Support.

Your mail responsibilities in this role will be:
- Support user management for corporate consolidation and reporting applications (currently SAP FC, SAP BW and QlikView).
- Create, modify and disable user in corporate consolidation and reporting applications.
- Support and follow up with stakeholders on any user issue (unclear request, missing approvals from superior, etc.).
- Update and maintain google request forms for SAP FC and other systems user request.
- Ensure defined governance compliancy (correct approvals, documentation of request, etc.).
- Create or modify users for different systems (SAP, IAM, IPS, FIM).
- Comply with internal standards of change management and IT security to pass all regular audits.
- Coordinate change in filters and data access groups in SAP FC application with Global Financial Consolidation Solutions team (GFCS team).

IT, Business Informatics

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Double-entry bookkeeping - basic
SAP - advanced
Microsoft Excel - advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- Commercial High school education
- University education in Finance/Business/Accounting is an asset
- Training on SAP products, primarily SAP FC, SAP BW an asset
- Experience and knowledge in user management is a plus
- Very good MS Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint) , Google Mail
- At least 1 year of experience in IT, accounting or controlling environment
- English very good (written and spoken) required
- Basic to good skills of German an asset
- Very important: Accurate and deliberate working
- Ability to travel
