Job description, responsibilities and duties

Our Robotics Department is looking for a Robotic Process Automation Business Analyst.

Your responsibilities as a RPA Business Analyst will be to:
- Understand the level of detail that the RPA development team requires to build an automation and act as a bridge between the business and the development teams. 
- Support process documentation, and coordinate test phases, process releases and hyper-care phases.
- Act as a gatekeeper of process automation pipeline and an identifier of robotic process automation opportunities.
- Assist in process prioritization and selection.
- Identify early risks and challenges for automation. Develop mitigation plans for each.
- Analyse requirements from different angles with clear and logical thinking.
- Document business requirements and constraints.
- Apply a “zoom-in zoom-out” approach in identifying the best solution, always ensuring that the steps taken are coherent with the program vision.

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Microsoft Office - expert
SAP - expert

Required experience


Personality requirements and skills

Computer skills - user
- Mastery in MS Office package is a must
- Excellent skills in Visio or similar workflow documentation tool
- Excellent end user skill in SAP is a must
- Experience with UiPath, Blue prism or other RPA platform is an advantage

Process and Project management skills
- Min. 2 years in Finance and Accounting service delivery
- Creativity to identify, present, and deliver process improvements and efficiencies through technology
- Understanding of continuous process improvement tools and techniques
- Green Belt / Lean Manager (CPI) certified candidate is preferred
- CSM certified or SCRUM professional is preferred
