Job description, responsibilities and duties

Established Shared Service Center in Košice is looking for a Head to our new Robotics Department. Working in LafargeHolcim European Business Services supports self initiative and an aptitude for technical and process improvements. As a Head of Robotics Department your responsibilities will be to:
- Lead and facilitate Robotic Process Automation implementation, design and lead efficient & effective governance Robotic Process Automation model execution.
- Keep close relationship to the responsible counterparts and facilitate cooperation to ensure successful Robotic Process Automation implementation.
- Proactively drive implementation of automation in operations, identify and lead new projects, execute, monitor and improve processes.
- Ensure End-to-End acceptance and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Lead After Action Reviews and implement learnings, continue building expertise, make sure continuous improvement steps are actioned and monitored.
- Supervise projects execution (design, development, test and roll-out of each robot into production).
- Institutionalize an RPA governance board to manage the demand pipeline for automation, sustain and sponsor further RPA opportunities within the organization, showcase process automation successes to the broader organization, act as escalation point.

Required experience


Personality requirements and skills

Project Management
- Strong Project Management skills
- 3-5 years’ experience in managing projects and larger cross-unit initiatives
- Ideally involved in a start–up of a green field operation or SSC, Admin. Center or Centralization initiative
- Previous experience managing projects - experience in RPA programs
- Experience in a leadership position delivering mid- level to large scale project

Robotic Process Management
- Strong understanding of strategy of Robotic Process Automation strategy
- Strong understanding of process and process improvement methodologies

Other Personality Requirements and Skills
- 2-3 years Management experience in leading a team of min. 8 in SSC environment
- Understanding of EBS operations landscape, customer value add and constraints
- Fluent business English skills both written and verbal
- Strong and comprehensive verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks, responding effectively to competing needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Able to contribute to team effort and individual achievement
