Job description, responsibilities and duties

Financial European Business Service´s located in Košice is looking for an Administration Specialist with Romanian language to join our Personnel Administration team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of processing personnel and organizational data consistent with legal, audit and internal requirements and in compliance with SLAs.
- Ensure data quality of master data files and take appropriate action to correct deficiencies
- Provide support to local HR team in hiring, on-boarding and leaving process.
- Cooperate closely with Employee Service team to provide customer service to the business, legal guidance, resolution of queries and assistance in creation of ad-hoc reports.
- Follow established processes, policies, and procedures control documentation, process flows and procedures, including preparation of regular reports
- Contribute to operational improvement initiatives within the PA function.
- Create and maintain up-to-date the process documentation and procedures, as well as controls documentation.
- Support Country HR Team in his/her area of expertise.

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Educational Specialization

Administration, Economics, Human Resources or related field

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Romanian - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- University degree in Economic, Administration, Human resources field
- English AND Romanian language advanced is a must
- Good knowledge of MS excel
- Customer focus
- Very good communication skills
- Flexibility
- Team player
