Job description, responsibilities and duties

We offer an exciting opportunity of Associate Director, Program Management (Data Analytics), which is ideally suited for professionals with a strong background in program management and project leadership. If you have expertise in providing guidance to project managers and teams, advocating for program performance and driving successful outcomes, combined with exposure to data analytics projects, we might be looking exactly for you.

The scope of responsibilities in this role, includes:
- Manage the business results, including contract fulfillment, project plans, milestones, deliverables and financial targets for multiple related projects to deliver a desired outcome for the customer and/or business.
- Serve as the interface for multiple project managers and makes choices that can affect multiple projects and/or an entire program outcome.
- Provide guidance to the project managers and teams of Data Analytics and act as an advocate for the performance of the overall program, personal projects, and success metrics.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Azure Dev Ops - Azure Boards,
- Agile Methodology.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
- PMP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master, PowerBI, Azure DevOps/Azure Boards

The salary range starts at 3480 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.

Kyndryl Slovakia is dedicated to supporting Ukrainian nationals in search of employment in Slovakia. In this process, we utilize the simplified process of ensuring all requisite permits are in place as regulated by the Government of the Slovak Republic.
