Director, Program Management

In this role, your scope of responsibilities will include:
- Manage the business results, including contract fulfilment, project plans, milestones, deliverables and financial targets for multiple related projects to deliver a desired outcome for the customer and/or business.
- Serve as the interface for multiple project managers and make decisions that can affect multiple projects and/or an entire program outcome.
- Provide leadership to the project managers and teams and act as an advocate for the performance of the overall program, individual projects, and success metrics.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
- Direct sales or sales management experience, 3 years minimum.
- People management experience motivating and leading a global, multicultural team to the desired outcomes, 3 years minimum.
- Experience creating a management system and driving team performance through quantifiable metrics and KPIs.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to work across three major time zones: Costa Rica, Bratislava, India.

The salary range starts at 4870 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.
