Job description, responsibilities and duties
Technical accounting and contract review analyst is there to make sure revenue from our customer contracts is recognized according to US GAAP and our internal guidelines. The analyst will have to evaluate the new contract against 5 step revenue recognition model, and based on the nature of services provided set-up the revenue recognition. Part of the process is also review of special Terms and Conditions, Gross vs. Net evaluation, separability checklist and more. During the lifecycle of the contract should there be some special circumstances, the analyst reviews those again to make sure that the originally set revenue recognition still applies. This includes mainly troubled deals, claims and early terminations
