Compliance & Controls Specialist (ServiceNow)

Kyndryl is a young company with global business operations that rely on ServiceNow as an Enterprise platform for managing our internal IT infrastructure. We are embarking on an exciting project to re-shape our platform for the needs of our business and that of our clients, and seek a specialist in Compliance and Controls, who can help us to create, document, evolve and maintain our processes, certifications, and audit readiness. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied range of responsibilities and full accountability for the outcomes, while working in a global team. The role is a senior position on our team, and will require leadership and self-direction.

Key responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain a strong control posture for data privacy and financial controls across the Kyndryl CIO ServiceNow platform.
Own process and IT architectural documentation for the department, engaging with relevant subject matter experts as needed to develop, maintain, and store all required documentation.
Represent the CIO ServiceNow platform in internal and external IT and process audits as required, taking ownership of relevant gaps and action plans to closure.
Establish and maintain Kyndryl internal platform certifications for SOX and FinSec readiness.
Manage ACLs and SODs for the department.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

Leadership and self-direction.
Strong familiarity with Global Data Privacy frameworks such as GDPR, LGPD, CCPA, PIPL.
Demonstrated knowledge of SOX controls and their implementation and audit requirements.
Multiple IT audits (as subject or auditor), with a mixture of process, data privacy, and financial controls.
Experience in process creation and documentation.
A working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is considered a considerable advantage.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :

Certification in a Data Privacy field (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CDPSA, CDPO, CDP).
Audit certification (e.g. CIA, CISA).
Knowledge of Agile working practices.
