Systems Management Specialist
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Systems Management Specialist role is performed by technical professionals that have expertise in managing and operation of IT hardware, software, communications, and/or application solutions, and the resources required to plan for, develop, deliver, and support properly engineered IT services and products to meet the needs of a business. The scope of this job role includes preparation for new or changed services, management of the change process, management of performance of systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance. Individuals in this role apply their technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions and typically have responsibility for sizing, troubleshooting, and critical client situations. The Employee Focuses On Individual/Team/Department/ Operational Objectives.
- Learn and understand the architecture of different business applications
- Learn and understand the business requirements in Accounting, Financial Planning and Reporting
- Participate in planning and implementing the strategic S4/HANA, SAC software globally in the Finance and Planning space.
- Implement new or maintain existing business solutions in Tm1/SAP (FI, CO) area based on user requirements analysis, following through the change management process of the application.
- Design and configure, document and test business solutions in the software system according to the functional and technical requirements. Assists business with correct accounting and finance processes, requirements and laws.
- Create test cases and perform testing activities, following processes through deployment.
- Builds professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, supports for development of business possibilities and for personal development
- Facilitates system enhancements, holds discoveries, helps drive issues for resolution and meets delivery deadlines
- Ensure the security and compliance of the application and keep legal and internal regulations
- Contributes to high productivity and motivation of working team with excellent communication skills and cooperation; reaches and realizes project aims and outputs
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in implementation, customization and maintenance of financial systems
- Background in Financial Systems utilizing multidimensional tools
- Experience with S4/HANA, SAC
- Experience and knowledge in Accounting and Finance business processes and USGAAP and IFRS rules
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Skilled in SQL, DB2, Datastage, Tm1, Essbase, Blueisle/Intouch
- Excellent communication skills (written, spoken) working with multinational teams and end users
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
- Exposure to SAP modules
- Demonstrated experience in creative and proactive thinking, and flexibility /adaptability
We work in a hybrid model, being in the office is only for socializing purposes.
The salary range starts at 3.052 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.
