Your Role and Responsibilities:
As Data Engineer & Power Platform Developer, you'd be Responsible for the development and day-to-day maintenance and enhancements of the Power Platform application systems including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and resolution. This position requires to conduct technical and analytical work in developing, designing, and/or analyzing technical solutions for Kyndryl with the focus on Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven), Dataverse, Power Automate cloud flows, Sharepoint, Power BI and related Azure services.


You should be able to:

• Develop Canvas and Model Driven Power Apps with creating cloud flows, Dataverse Data Management, Sharepoint Lists and custom connectors
• Select, evaluate & integrate different data sources and relationships along with Data transformation required for Business, Executive and Technical Reporting & Analytics.
• Work with Data, analyze build and identify patterns; relate with business process and develop insights.
• Build complex visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop

Required Technical Skills:
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on development experience in Micorosoft Power Platform tools
• Experience in design and development of Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps by utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, Automate flows and other processes, business workflow, or other databases as the backend data storage model.
• Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more
• Be experienced in tools and systems on the MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and T-SQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI and DAX
• Familiarity with HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript & JSON
• Exposure to Data Modelling techniques, Data Security/Privacy principles
• Having DevOps tools exposure towards Azure DevOps, Git is a plus.

Required Professional Skills:
• Good documentation, troubleshooting skills and data profiling knowledge
• Experience working in fast paced and agile sprints based development
• Familiarity with daily scrums and comfortable to work closely with leads, scrum master, architects and product owners to provide timely status updates

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:
• MS Certification DA-100, PL-100, PL-200, PL-300 and PL-400 (any or all)
• 3+ years of experience in modern, object-oriented programming languages (C#/.NET, Java, C++) and object-oriented analysis and design, including understanding common design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Dynamics 365 SDK familiarity
• Knowledge of Advanced excel and any other Reporting tool would be a bonus.
• Experience with Git including branching strategies.


The salary range starts at 2180 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.
