Job description, responsibilities and duties
As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with key project stakeholders to capture business and user requirements, ensuring that all functional and non-functional requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification. You will work with the leadership team and use strategic thinking to help, guide and shape the future.
- Lead the Business Transformation initiatives and act as the bridge between Business Team and Technical Team
- Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
- Regularly participates in overall functional program planning
- Performed tasks are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, and impact project costs or expenses
- Recognize complex problems related to functional objectives
- Analyze situations and implement solutions, or develop new system elements, procedures or processes
Requirements:
- 10-15+ years' experience in ERP Platform Solutioning and rollout of Functional / Technical aspects
- Experienced in leading the integrated planning, design, implementation, and support of ERP solutions Business Integration / HANA-based solutions
- Good understanding of end-to-end ERP Business functions and strong problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Experienced in continuous transformation of the business for processes and support systems using innovative approaches and methodologies
Preferred requirements:
- Relevant certifications (Azure Cloud, SAP, Data Engineering certifications and other relevant)
- Cloud platform infrastructure and technology experience (preferably Azure)
- Exposure to Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins), Continuous Delivery (maybe DevOps)
The salary range starts at 4.284 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.
