If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you of the SAP Centre of Expertise Analyst in the CIO organization at Kyndryl Slovakia!

As part of the SAP Centre of Expertise (SAP CoE) team, you will work in partnership with global & cross-functional business/IT teams and take a leadership role in projects and initiatives to optimize Kyndryl's SAP solution.

The COE team drive SAP optimization and operational integrity across the enterprise by identifying opportunities to conduct business and operational efficiencies. In harmony with all levels of business unit leadership, the CoE team design, plan and execute process changes, and embed the new processes and procedures into the organization for long-term sustainability.

Kyndryl’s SAP landscape is a large complex hybrid model, with on-prem Cloud-hosted S4 Hana and HCM Payroll combined with SAP Cloud solutions such as ARIBA/Fieldglass and SAP Commissionaire to name a few.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate SAP product roadmap understanding
- Enable requests for information of standard SAP Products and Functionality
- Establish and maintain communication channel into Kyndryl SAP population with relevant SAP information
- Work with procurement and legal to facilitate the purchase of additional SAP products
- Ensure Kyndryl utilization of SAP remains within procured license quantities
- Support any SAP license audits through required technologies
- Forecast, and present license changes requiring action
- Support planning activities and ensure SAP maintenance bills are paid on time
- Identify cost-efficiency opportunities
- Manage the Incident and Service Management for product level
- Manage the communication and resolution of technical and integration-related issues across multiple internal and third-party service providers
- As a focal point to help managers define certification roadmaps for team members
- Maintain an operational Solution Manager system as a single source of truth for all SAP applications
- Act as a focal contact point for SAP SE related to SAP Enterprise Support topics
- Ensure SAP’s proactive Application Lifecycle Management tools are applied where and when applicable
- Monitor SLAs with SAP for Cloud and on-prem applications (availability, turnaround time for tickets etc.)
- Administer and oversee S-User authorization, license & developer keys, Learning Hub seats

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Able to demonstrate experience working with SAP in a similar role
- Good and broad knowledge of SAP products and their architecture
- Good organizational skills and ability to work across global teams
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Ability to cooperate & collaborate through influence without authority
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent oral, written, and communication skills (in English, German is a plus)

The salary range starts at 2800 EUR gross per month. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.
