Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. In this role, you will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Administrative assistants are responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. You will learn a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. This role requires an ability to effectively communicate while ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. You may also direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting employee orientation
- Developing/maintaining newcomers’ packages
- Providing general administrative support to the organization
- Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with your work
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Managing team SharePoint site
- Help manage travel arrangements
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Resolve administrative problems
The minimum salary starts at 800 Euro gross. The final salary offer reflects the set of skills and experience that selected candidates bring to the team.
