Contract Commercial Manager for BeNeLux
Your Role and Responsibilities :
Join us as a Contract Commercial Manager in our Quote-to-Cash Operations team in Bratislava.
What You Will Achieve:
As the Contract Commercial Manager, you will participate in the execution of commercial requirements and business objectives for the assigned Accounts. This includes financial and customer satisfaction, audit readiness, business controls posture, and adherence to standard processes and global tools.
As a Contract Commercial Manager, you will partner with the Account team (Project Executive and Delivery Project Executive) and contribute to the execution of post-sales commercial transactions whilst ensuring quality and service standards.
You will:
- Closely cooperate with the Account team in the management of the contractual activities to achieve performance targets, mainly on invoicing processes
- Ensure smooth execution and management of monthly closing activities (billing activities, registration of new contractual agreements, and related reporting)
- Participate in the analysis of critical situations and implement plans in collaboration with the Account executive team to increase customer satisfaction
- Responsible for audit management, proactive reviews, documentation, and approvals
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Fluent English language
- Minimum 2+ years of proven relevant experience
- Distinctive problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, and ability to communicate and interact with leadership and external clients
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities while maintaining control of operations and client support
- Ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers in the organization
